Reliable Facility Services was founded in the year 2001, with certain endeavour, intent and thought. Mr. Sadashiv Shripati Patil, Rtd. Petty Officer in Indian Naval Force is the founder of the company. Winner of many awards in Sports in the Inter Army Services & Maharashtra state, Mr Patil has also honoured special recognition from the Director of Sports, Govt. of Maharashtra. With strong and outstanding track record in the Services, Mr Patil retired from the Navy in 1996 and started his new innings in the civilian life. He joined as ‘Security Incharge’ in Manugraph India Ltd. Mumbai, Unit – 3, at Gokul Shirgaon, Kolhapur.

OUR SERVICES

Today, apart from providing security services, ‘Reliable’ has embarked on multi-functional journey and we are also providing following services to the industrial houses in various places.

Security Guards:

Skilled / unskilled Technical manpower :

Under this arrangement, we provide Turners, fitters and CNC / VMC machine operators, electricians, Die-makers for foundries. Also we provide unskilled labours / helper staff, to work in different sections such as Melting, Moulding, Fitling, Nockout and Packing etc.

Manpower & Staffing Services :

We provide trained staff to our client and provide both skilled and unskilled lobour categories. We accentuate on continuous enhancement and amplification, we do have a panel of interviewers who ensure that right candidate is placed for the right job at right time.

Garden :

We have experts to plan for Garden layout, development of nursery, Indoor / outdoor trees plantation and decoration. Maintenance of Garden by plantation of perennial / seasonal flowers, fruits and ornamental trees. Our clients have won awards in many Garden shows in Kolhapur. We also manage distribution / sale of vegetable and fruits of the garden.

House Keeping :

House keeping service for the offices, factory, Guest houses, board rooms etc. is provided. We have trained manpower to ensure spic and clean house keeping job is one of the important marks to impress the visitors and customers of the units.

Warehouse Security :

This is first of its kind in Kolhapur. We have provided this sort of security to M/s Drive India.Com Ltd., C/o Mars Synergies Pvt. Ltd. Navi Mumbai D Mart Retail Market with additional security through metal detector, fire-fighting, emergency planning etc.

Material Handling :

Material Handling services are provided through trained people with JCB, Forklifts, cranes, stackers and other devices / equipments. Similarly, services are provided for packing, storing & preservation, loading and unloading of material / heavy goods in different industries.

Other allied services:

We take care to select and deploy the multi-skill manpower for light motor driving, computer operation, first-aid assistance, fire-fighting, handling of arms, crowd management and so on.

Fire Fighting :

In the event of a fire, of course your major concern is the safety of your people. But fire is also the ultimate threat to the integrity and ongoing function of your business premises and the products or services you provide. And these days, with a combination of commercial pressures and legislation, it’s even more important to take the right preventative measures. Our specially trained officer use to conduct training to all our deployed staff to ensure 100 % readiness of these safety equipments for use in emergency and crisis situation. Even we conduct Training for our clients and there maintenance staff as value added service without Charges.
